I have Parkinson's but I don't let it get me down. I'm an optimistic person and like to enjoy myself with good friends, particularly that special person. I'm like lots of things but I don't like dogs and sport. I like to go out with support. I can't do anything too strenuous. I spend a lot of time watching old DVDs, especially medical and police dramas. I like to read autobiographies and do killer sudokus. I think life is what you make it and I make mine fun. (And I'm 73 not 75!)

My ideal man would be spontaneous and romantic, be easy going and have a good sense of humour; he should be honest and kind. He should have no ties and be a driver. And I have a soft spot for a bald/ shaven head.
