I definitely have a great deal of time and energy for a new exciting lady in my life. Currently my family is the most important to me on many levels. I love and assist/support my grown-up three sons, their lovely ladies and my three grandchildren, which is all the family I have.
My outlook on life is "glass half full" positivity as in the past I suffered sometimes from negativity which can be self-destructive!

I've considerable experience and gained valuable life skills from my very interesting, unusual varied vocations to date (just ask!). My life has been somewhat complicated, exciting, very busy throughout and I came to a skidding stop, no regrets and now it's time to enjoy it, taking life at a steady pace and appreciate my survivability and good health.
I love the company of a women very much as a companion/best friend/lover with common interests.
I'm a great hater of smoking and drinking alcohol beyond occasionally for social occasions. I certainly don't like drunk women or men for that matter!
Honesty... I've led a very full life, I'm an Armed Forces Veteran, you'll notice I'm an amputee. I also suffer but manage Combat Complex PTSD... I've carried out tons of therapies which have given me a huge toolbox of coping strategies. Please don't let this be off-putting...! I have so much to give...!
