About her
My friends would describe me as vivacious, warm, caring. I would describe myself as a passionate, questioning person, with a curiosity about life and people. I have been involved in art and design most of my life; as a university lecturer, textile designer for Mary Quant and now as a painter. .
I love to swim in the warm seas of Greece, though I am also partial to a dip off the shores of lona.
I like to be out in wild open spaces but at the same time I very much enjoy the stimulation of the city and what it has to offer. I have a young whippet I walk with daily on my local beach. I’m a big reader and enjoy a range of genres- biography, contemporary fiction, poetry. I would struggle to live without music. I enjoy a visit to the cinema, often the lesser - known films rather than the big blockbusters. I don't watch a huge amount of TV, preferring the radio, but I am partial to a Scandi drama or nature documentary. I am a combination of extrovert and introvert and get my energy from both being with people and some quiet time.

Not frightened of showing your feelings and willing to talk - for me good communication is key in a relationship - to be comfortable in your own skin.
Preferably you might have a passing interest in art and design and not mind being dragged to an exhibition/ museum now and then.
