About him
Old fashioned chap who is looking for a companion to share day to day activities and holidays.
Now semi retired and my days are taken up by walking my small dog first thing and probably a few hours in the garden before lunch. I love cooking and I find it very therapeutic, cooking from scratch and not just peeling back a wrapper, although Charlie B has some delicious options.
I try and help out with my local church and there coffee mornings. One of my interests are visiting churches around our beloved country, but only got as far as Norfolk. I love meeting new people and sharing common interests.
I would say that I'm a cross between the characters in the comedy program “The Good Life”, on one side I like the humorous glitz and on the other side mucking out! For those who remember the program.

I would like to find friends who share similar interests or someone who may just be that special person ( female ).
I like being around positive people and those who care for others and are not selfish.
I do attend church most weekends and volunteer where possible, a like-minded person to join me would be wonderful.
Smokers and excessive alcohol would be a dealbreaker.
