Friends say that I am honest, reliable and quite practical. I like to think that I am pretty tolerant but also know that sometimes I overthink situations. I enjoy socialising in a club or pub with my family or friends. If alone I like doing crosswords and puzzles. I get pleasure from repairing an item so it can be useful again. I lean towards rural rather than urban. I enjoy short breaks away in the UK but prefer longer trips to be abroad. I was widowed a few years ago and now I feel I would like to meet someone to share days out, holidays and life in general with.

I am looking for an understanding and caring woman to share time with. One who hopefully likes having meals out (or in, but I am not good at cooking), days out, holidays and travel. Preferably living quite close to Romsey but not essential. Maybe she could get me into new interests as my life seems to have stagnated a bit since being single again after 50 years.
