Having left a successful career in the Corporate world, I now work part time running a small business and have plenty of time to pursue what I really enjoy.
If I’m not teaching Pilates, you’ll often find me in the gym at my local Health Club. Health and fitness is important to me.
From a safari in South Africa and the magnificent Victoria Falls to a long weekend in the big Apple or snorkelling in the turquoise waters of the Maldives – I love to explore and enjoy adventures as well as occasionally chilling on a beautiful beach. Enjoy weekends away and would love to explore more of Europe.
Appreciate the arts. Music is a passion for me and I enjoy a range of genres from Handel’s beautiful Passacaglia to Queen’s We Will Rock You……
I love good food and socialising with friends. It’s fun to dress up to eat at a fine dining restaurant but I also enjoy a simple meal, perhaps al fresco on a lovely summer’s evening.
Very important virtues to me are those of courtesy and kindness. I treat people with respect and always try to put myself in their shoes. I try to stay positive no matter what life throws at me. I tend to surround myself with good vibes, laughter and people who make me smile.
