About her
Having just retired after over 40 years in nursing, I am now happily entering a new phase of my life which I would like to share with a like minded person.
My friends would describe me as being thoughtful, caring, fun with a good sense of humour and able to adjust to any social situation.
I have two sons who are happily married with children, and there’s nothing more I enjoy than to spend time with them.
Although one of them lives in America but we still manage to meet up several times of the year.
I was brought up in Wales (we won’t discuss the rugby) and moved to Bristol when I was 20 to start my nurse training.
I enjoy gardening, but I’m no Monty Don! Keeping fit and healthy is important to me and I enjoy yoga, Pilates and some gentle walking although I did walk Snowden or Yr Wyddfa as it is now called in April 2023.
Obviously there’s more to me, but let’s leave that for when we meet…
