I am very active, practical, a good organiser and someone who listens and responds. Friends describe me as warm, friendly, caring and coping with anything thrown at me.
I love being outdoors, especially around water though definitely not in it, be it at home or abroad, and enjoying nature and wildlife. I love walking and would also like to return to racquet sports in some form whether tennis or one of the new versions so maybe you could help me here.
I'm a passionate gardener - fruit, veg, flowers, shrubs, the lot, and am a lover of good food and wine amongst a number of other interests. I’m a member of the RHS and a couple of local history societies.
I like to travel to new places but would also like to return to favourite places like the Lake District and to France but need that elusive partner to share and enjoy these experiences.

I like closeness, good communication, honesty (so your age needs to be as on your birth certificate!) and above all a sense of humour, however irreverent. Your values will be important to me.
