Having been around the World by Sea, by Air and big swathes by land I have met some amazing people, ate authentic dishes, enjoyed the difference and learned a lot. Studied with world leaders in learning how to learn and what people do to be extraordinary.
Speak a little of many languages.
Swim 2-3 times a week, practice Tai Chi Chuan, again following a Master and embarking now into it deeply, after seeking out the best available to me and the best methods.
