Hello,
I’m happy, healthy, independent and on the whole enjoy my life.
My interests are theatre, concert, listening to music ( I have an eclectic taste), current affairs, exploring places of interest, historical sites and generally enjoying the outdoors.
I enjoy dining out (and at home), good food and conversation over a decent glass of wine, what’s not to like. I’m told I am a good listener and always interested to hear other people’s life experiences and stories.
I love to travel both here in the UK, Wales and the Solway Firth are favourite places. I’m keen to explore more of Europe. I’m fortunate to have visited some amazing places but still have more, on my bucket list, I’d like to visit.
I attend weekly exercise classes, reformer pilates, play golf socially and enjoy daily walks with my dog. Tried my first walking holiday, experiencing part of the Camino de Santiago and would like to do similar trips in the future. A driving holiday through France or Italy on my wish list too.
I like to spend time with my family. I have two adult sons and three grandchildren, whilst they do lead their own busy lives we do make time to get together.
