About her
I have a happy disposition and enthusiasm for life, with a warm, caring nature. I am home loving, yet love the outdoor life (when the English weather allows), am very content with life, easy going, loyal and sincere but would like to feel that special sparkle again with the right partner.
I enjoy a dry sense of humour, it's SO good to laugh! A vital ingredient in life I feel.
Up until June 2012 I was employed as a secretary/administration officer for local government, but after 15 years I have been made redundant. I have my own bed and breakfast business in Bournemouth, which I have managed for a number of years but this has now become an enjoyable vocation for me as I have more time on my hands.
I have lived and travelled to many parts of Europe and worked in Switzerland and the USA on short secretarial contracts. I enjoy the warmth of the mediterranean, but also love walking holidays in the UK.
I like to maintain my fitness, walking or cycling along the Dorset coast or in the New Forest, but tennis is my real passion, I belong to a local club in Bournemouth.
I enjoy all types of music, the cinema and musicals at the theatre.
I love my holidays, both in this country and abroad, love to swim in clear warm waters. I'm content to relax in the sun for a while on a sandy beach, engrossed in a good book or a walking holiday in the Lake District.
I enjoy good company, entertaining at home over a nice meal and a game of scrabble!
I enjoy cooking, but not just for myself! I love all types of food, Italian, Indian and a good roast on Sunday!
Last, but not least, my family and friends are very important to me, I have two grown up daughters, one has made me a grandma, which has taken me to another rich chapter in my life.
