About her
Hi, how are you? and where do I start? You can't beat a conversation to get a sense of what one might have in common or if there is the potential for a spark. However, here is a flavour.....
No doubt like a lot of people on this site, I have a great circle of friends but it would be the icing on the cake to meet a genuine guy to share new experiences with. I miss the special companionship of a relationship - it is far more fun sharing.
I would like to think of myself as a "people-person" - a warm, intelligent, attractive, fun and affectionate professional female looking to enjoy the good things in life and, hopefully, make a bit of a difference.
I am financially independent and have a wide range of interests including walking (can't beat the beauty of the outdoors), modern jive dancing (great fun as well as good exercise), pottering in the garden, cinema, theatre, bridge, live music, good food and wine. Travel is a passion (just got back from Costa Rica), I have been all over the world and would love to do more, whether weekends away in the country, city breaks, lazing on a beach or discovering different cultures. I would like to explore more of the UK - it's been years since I went to the Lake District and have never been to Ireland.
I was born and brought up in Jersey, and I visit family there often.

One can miss out by being too specific about an "ideal" partner but he would be kind, genuine, romantic, young in outlook and be relatively free to do things or flit away as the mood takes us. Common values are key but you can only discover these through talking/meeting.
Although ultimately looking for a long-term relationship, I am equally happy to meet new people and just see what happens!
