I am a genuinely upbeat, sparkling person -- a shy extrovert who would love to find a partner to share adventures. I am happiest when I am near the water. I grew up in a city and in the country so I am quite content in both.
My favourites are going to jazz clubs, indie films, beagling (!) and art gallery openings. I tend to travel for work and holidays (I love to travel) and this year stayed with friends in New York, Stockholm and Warsaw, went grape-picking at a friend's vineyard in Provence, explored the Riviera of Switzerland (Palm trees in Switzerland -- who knew?!), kayaked and snorkeled in the Florida Keys and cross-country skied in Norway.... I am a "do-er" though in fact just as happy curled up at home with a book and a glass of calvados. I enjoy the calm of a starry night and the magic of a bonfire on the beach... most days I am running in a Park or at the gym -- I love to be outdoors!
For ten years I owned a successful music PR company in New York City, working with top recording artists (Rock, Techno, Jazz & Blues) and music events around the world. Nowadays I am a PR Director for an international sports charity and have the luxury of making my own hours. I have two young very-well-travelled boys who are great fun and charmers!
