I am told I am easy going, funny, intelligent, optimistic, loving, stable, thoughtful, trustworthy and generous. I am sociable and love to travel with a keen sense of adventure. I have been lucky enough to see a lot of the world, but there is still so much more out there.
I enjoy dining out and meeting up with a group of friends for a drink or two. In my quieter moments a good film or book can go a long way.
I keep myself in shape with visits to the gym, although not an obsessive gym bunny; I also run. I Love the countryside and all it has to offer. Over the last few years I have discovered many walks both local and across the UK. I have scuba dived although still a novice at this point. I also love to ski when I get the chance, However, I haven't tried either for a while.
I am semi retired these days, which gives me plenty of time to enjoy life.
Don't get me wrong, I am not a person always on the go, I think life is all about balance :-)

My ideal match will be warm, loyal and honest. Easy going with a good sense of humour. Someone who is sociable and independent. Fun, funny and an optimist who also appreciates the finer things in life.
