I'd light up your life every day - with a loving smile, thoughtful, sensitive words and deeds, with laughter, fun and surprises, with optimism and affection. I'm enthusiastic, young at heart, always happy to try out new ideas and visit new places and I just love a cuddle!
I'm fit and active, especially love being outdoors so I play golf (not too well!), tennis (needs lots of practice), go walking in the mountains, by the coast or just locally through the copses and farmland of the Downs. I love skiing - the sharp, crisp cold, the fantastic views of white mountains, the excitement of the piste and, of course, the warmth of good apres-ski! I'd happily live in the Alps. I also spend a lot of time in my cottage garden - never happier than in my wellies, moving plants, pruning shrubs or just sitting in the setting sun, by the river, supping a chilled glass of sauvignon! Isn't it great to be back to our old haunts and jaunts again after the pandemic!
Family is so important to me and I love to spend time with my children and five grandchildren. Friends and contributing to the life of my little village are fun, interesting and rewarding as well.
Art and culture fascinate me - what could be better than an excellent concert or theatre production followed by a lovely dinner with stimulating discussion on what we've seen together? I also love reading, watching films, visiting galleries and following current affairs both here and abroad. Holidays are very special - I'm so excited to visit new places and there are so many still on my list! Alaska, Mexico, Japan

It's hard to write about yourself - I'm fairly confident, enjoy socialising as people and relationships are more important than possessions. I'm open to change and young enough to want to start again and build up a life together. I'm warm and loving, thoughtful and imaginative, hugely loyal and full of surprises!
