About him
I live in a delightful cottage, in deepest Derbyshire, until recently, with my faithful labrador. I love my five children ,who all live away, to bits,and with all their achievements and activities make me very proud. My sons are rope access engineers working on exciting places including the new Forth Road Bridge after having driven through Europe right through Asia to Vladivostock in a Land Rover and then spending two years in OZ. No 1 daughter is a traveler like all the others, with differing excitement including Everest Base Camp and a night out in NY with an Oscar winner, No 2 is an Actor and had a run in London last year having been ii an award winning show at the Edinburgh Fringe and no 3 is a young, but hard working veterinary surgeon.I have worked in manufacturing all my life producing a world class product which I have been responsible for selling worldwide.I have been lucky to travel for both work and pleasure to the most exciting places, my favourite being NZ, which I still find extremely stimulating. I am able to walk out of my door into the most beautiful countryside, which I love, at the same time easily hop on to a plane to the other side of the planet and dive into warm tropical seas which is almost beyond description.
I want to share these experiences with a like mind who above all wants to laugh, have fun and enjoy life to the full. I also enjoy the buzz of the city and and appreciate all the Arts particularly music, theatre and cinema and can be just as much at home in a city bar or a country pub, have to confess I prefer the latter. The same applies to clothes but prefer scruffy when I can! I am looking for stimulation on all levels, need challenging , and have masses of love to give.

I would like to meet someone who is stimulated by adventure, loves life and is not prepared to settle for second best.
