I am a confident, respectable and gregarious lady, full of life, GSOH and fun to be with. With old fashioned values and principles, I still believe in good manners. I was born in France but have lived in the UK for the majority of my life, I have lived in the Philippines for 3 years before settling in England.
Travelling, theatre, opera, cooking for friends, gardening, playing bridge, walking, swimming are just a few of my favourite pastimes. I am a retired teacher and enjoy my free time with many interests. Several autumns ago,I have spent 3 weeks in Peru, Argentina and Brazil, before the World Cup!!! Latterly I have visited Russia, Moscow and St-Petersbourg. All these wonderful places would mean so much more if shared with the right person. Several year I visited Chile, Patagonia and a cruise to Tierra del Fuego and Argentina all very beautiful and special with lasting memories.I have just come back from Japan after a 2 weeks cultural break, cannot say a holiday as it was very intensive and early starts.!! But what a Country!
I have now more time to search for and hopefully find a kind and supportive companion, unless he finds me first !!! I
I would very much like to share new interests and commit my time to that special person. I am not looking for Superman, I am just a nice kind of Girl, looking for that nice kind of Guy!!! He must be out there somewhere but just out of my reach. How are we going to find each other??
