About him
I'm self-assured, interesting, intelligent and usually bubble over with enthusiasm so can be a little bad at interrupting (I'm working on it), but know something about most things, so handy in a conversation.
I'm a serial entrepreneur in the tech space, derived from a lifetime of working in tech. I'm now partly an equity fund manager specialising in tech investments as well as working for a non-profit that does global internet governance - yes, there really are people whose job it is to make sure it all works as advertised!
I love getting outdoors and being active, two weeks on a beach is not really me. I especially enjoy the European Alps, summer (hiking) & winter (skiing) as well as The Lake District, but strictly summer only! A couple of my pics are me hiking with my dog (Rufus) in the Alps - sorry I'm a bit cr4p at selfies - I should practice more.
I have two children but they are both independent now.
