About him
In the immortal words of Bono "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For". Care to help me? I am originally from the North-East of England (don't worry I am table-trained), transplanted through work to the delights of London. I have lived down here for 29 years. London can be quite an impersonal, cold city, even though there's 9 million people in its environs.
I would describe myself as an honest, decent person, no hidden agendas, and treat people the way I would like to be treated too.
I work for the M.O.D. and can do unsociable hours at times, comes with the job, so it can be harder to meet the ideal partner.
I enjoy listening to music (favourite band is U2 if you haven't guessed), going to concerts, movie watching, going to the gym, picnics, reading. I also enjoy watching good quality TV programmes, my favourites including The Soprano's and The Wire. I love going out to eat in nice restaurants, my favourite London restaurant is "The Big Easy" on the Kings Road.
For holiday's I am a real beach addict, and love nothing better than relaxing on a sunlounger with a good book in one hand, and a nice ice cool drink in the other. Don't worry I am not a complete slob though as I do like exploring when away too. I loved visiting Chichen Itza in Mexico for example. My favourite holiday destination has to be Mexico, I love the Yucatan peninsula, and the warm Caribbean Sea (and the Maragarita's and Mojito's!!. One thing that I would love to do is a PADI Scuba diving course. I did a couple of boat dives off Cozumel and was immediately hooked, can't wait to go back.
During the winter months I also like to go skiing. I am ok at skiing, am competent at Red runs, but don't know about black runs, kinda scary!!

Does Cindy Crawford read the London Paper??? Damn, guess she's taken. I would like to meet someone who is attractive, healthy, kind, intelligent, can hold a conversation, has a great sense of humour, someone who is secure in who they are and are 100% genuine. I am 48 years old now (that sounds ancient doesn't it), and understand that a lot of potential partners may have children from a previous relationship. That's fine by me, I have no problem with children, and indeed when passing Hamley's still get that urge to have a look in:)
