I am reappraising my "in my own words" to reflect that I am a number of years older than when I first wrote my profile. I have arrived at this moment in time in pretty good shape. However a less intensive and more caring attitude to exercise will enable me to preserve my health and good shape. So the more intensive exercise or activities are out. ......I am a fit friendly chap who spends much of my time outdoors. Quite like to walk cycle kayaking and other leisure activities. Would like to meet someone who is an active type of person and lives within a reasonable commuting distance to me. I am quite laid back and easy going and I dont sweat the small stuff! I consider myself to have a GSOH and I have been told I'm easy on the eye. Quite enjoy reading and r4 fan. Interested in the world around us and current news events. A good friendship may ultimately suit and its a good basis for starters. I would like to finish by re-emphasising 20 to 30 miles max is what I call a reasonable distance.
