It is so difficult to talk about yourself, but here goes. I have been widowed for eighteen months after a very happy marriage. I have no children. I am one of those people whose cup is always half full. I now feel it is time to meet someone whose company I enjoy which may develop into a long term relationship. I am a very active person who enjoys playing golf, walking my dogs and bridge. I enjoy travelling short and long haul . I have many friends and enjoy eating out , the cinema, watching most sports (not football). I also enjoy cooking and having cosy nights in chatting about what has happened during the day. I hope to meet someone who shares similar interests to me, particularly playing golf but also has other hobbies of their own. I think it is important that couples have separate interests. My ideal match would be romantic and thoughtful, someone whose cup is half full who enjoys life and has a positive attitude to life.
I enjoy dining out, good food and fine wines and also cooking and entertaining at home, hopefully my partner would also enjoy doing the same.
