About her
I am 45 years old and recently returned to the UK after living overseas for six years.
I work in editorials for a publishing company so my daily life is governed around deadlines which is not the easiest when those deadlines are due at am.

I am looking to meet an articulate, intelligent man between the ages of 40 and 50, who likes to dance, who wants an 'us' and is actually missing what only can be achieved in a relationship. That 'look' which only two people can understand even when in a room full of other people. There are many aspects of a relationship I miss and I'm not in admitting this. I have been single for a few years now while I found my feet after the breakdown of my marriage. Now I feel I have a lot to offer as a woman to a man and would like a relationship with deep intimacy on both an emotional and physical level. I don't want co-dependency, inter-dependency is much better.
How would friends describe me? Well, they lie lots as only friends can, but if I was to line them and ask them it would likely be -' That I can be sharp with words and can be fairly cool on first meeting, cool as in distant, not cool as in hip-hop or whatever the youth of today are using as their latest vocabulary... Once I feel comfortable, then I'm warm, loyal and tactile. There is no reason for this, I just know it's true.
My outlook on life is this. We only have ever now.
Likes? Love cheese, the smellier the better. I love the outdoors. There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes (Thanks Granny for those wise words as a child) I love coffee and not cheap rubbish. (Any person who passes Mellow Birds off as coffee should immediately be reported to Trading Standards)
Loathes: Men who think a football shirt is smart attire. Polyester, the term 'hun' (It's not a word) reality TV, Facebook... text speak. And a million other things which is all terribly boring.

I know what I want, an intelligent, articulate, handsome, smart, whether that be in a suit or casual, though I can think of another status that I thoroughly enjoy too. A man that takes pride in his appearance, as I do mine, fun, great sense of humour, musical, magical and is strong and capable.
Oh and he can dance, likes Sunday's in bed, sporty, I cannot go on, I can see him in my head, so where are you?
Bitten fingernails are a complete turn-off for me. As is someone who drinks to excess or indulges in nostril or vein-expanding exercises. It's not my bag and never will be. I prefer my brain to be engaged naturally.
I'd preferably like someone who's taller than me. He doesn't have to be a gym buff, (mainly because what are you going to look like when you decide to spend time with me instead of the gym?) but I like a swim most mornings, so I guess I can't have everything. I don 't want a person who's completely obsessed with the gym and how his abs are.
