I have so many interests, theres not room to write them down but chatting about them is better anyway. Outdoors is where I like to be, walking, riding, on/by/in the water,skiing, I'll give most things a go. Have some interest in classic and fast cars (and spitfires!). I like to get dressed up occasionally but am probably more at home in hiking boots. Work used to keep me travelling but now its my friends who live outside the UK who take up a lot of my air miles. I think to find a travelling companion with a sense of humour would be lovely starting point. If you are well educated, well spoken, with own teeth and hair and don't live in Scunthorp, carpe diem! come what may...

Someone whose interests don't run too contrary to my own. I do look for kindness and tolerance in others and try to practice those things. Someone who likes a little spontaneity… no extremes but enthusiasm. An adventurer with a penchant for classic cars, water sports, mountains, dictionaries, wellingtons and intimacy(not necc. together!) Not a fitness fanatic (great if you are) but not all consuming. I never judge a book by its cover, but an interesting cover does always attract attention. I would love to learn more languages and am currently trying greek…. Who knows where that could lead….
