About him
I live in the Sussex countryside because I have to be close to nature, but although I like nature I am not a "green". I don't think that I fit into any particular box or category. I have a good sense of humour (and have to keep it in check sometimes) and have lived in several countries (Ireland, USA, Panama, Mexico, Germany), finding good people and things to admire and learn from in all of them. I work as a university professor and this takes me to interesting places to study interesting animals (bees). I also have an artistic side which at the moment doesn't get as much time as it should do, but I do some photography. It can be good to meet someone who shares similar interests, but on the other it is also good to meet someone who has different but compatible interests. So don't be put off if you are an artist or a lawyer, a writer or a teacher,....or do anything that is creative and worthwhile.
