About him
My friends would say I have a sense of humour, a very relaxed attitude to life and am a reliable and trustworthy friend. I've also been told I'm "too nice", but that's something I can work on! I hate having my picture taken so have very few pictures of me (which I guess says I'm not narcissistic!).
I'm a youth worker by profession but am currently working as a Deputy Project Manager in a Care Home for ex-offenders.
My interests are music (I have quite eclectic tastes, but won't go within a mile of anything like The X Factor - this year's gigs have included Jools Holland, AC/DC and The Dandy Warhols; plus I'm a great fan of Arcade Fire); theatre; film; playing badminton; current affairs. I enjoy going out/eating out and travelling, although I'd like to do much more of the travelling.

I'd like to meet someone who enjoys both going places and just chilling out, who shares a sense of humour and doesn't take life too seriously (except when it has to be, of course). I would never expect someone to share all the same interests as me but I'm not sure how this would work if we didn't share at least one, as that would give us somewhere to start! I really don't want to be any more prescriptive than that.
Ultimately, I'm looking for a relationship but I'm happy to start as friends and see where that goes.
