About her
My best friend would describe me as caring, supportive, loyal, a good listener, discerning, has a good sense of humour, witty, intelligent and a bit of a dark horse at times who deserves to have a gentleman in her life.
Love coffee shops with posh coffee, chocolate cake, a sofa and newspaper to read or fish and chips sat on the sea front.
I work as a child and family support worker in a school in Leeds following working for the domestic abuse service for two years .
Enjoy walking especially by the sea, at the lakes or in the country, visiting places of interest, National Trust, craft fairs, the theatre especially west end musicals, cinema, eating out and just as happy eating in with good company and a good film.
I am also a member of the national rock choir which I really enjoy and perform at various events and was on the one show last year!. Its great therapy!! but singing three part harmony, learning words and dance moves all at once is no mean feat!! Plenty of youtube footage!!
I now have a dog of my own - a gorgeous early retired guide dog for the blind and he is a huge part of my life.
I enjoy gardening and DIY although I have to admit I dont have a clue what im doing really! a case of needs must with my old house and garden but getting there!
Would love to travel and explore more of this Country in particular but with a hand to hold and an arm around me and a smiling face as company.
