Born in London, but spent my formative years in Africa. By nature, I'm curious, flexible, adventurous and optimistic. I'm also a loyal and supportive friend.
I love to travel, enjoy jovial, intelligent company, good food, theatre....and am equally at home at the opera or a football match.
Plenty of interests, hobbies and passions - don't believe in stagnating, so am always learning something new, be it art lessons, a language, or how to trade on the stock market.... Love simple pleasures too: a visit to the cinema, armed with popcorn and cola, or a cosy night in curled up on the sofa with a fondue and good bottle of wine....
I love animals, (spent a few years hobby - farming) and find being in Nature very therapeutic - there's something magical about trees, water, the ocean, mountains.....definitely a country girl, even though I appreciate what cities have to offer culturally.
I have had a varied and adventurous professional life, first as a musician, (opera singer), before enjoying a second career in the catering industry, then working as a freelance chef - mostly corporate; also film sets eg: Warhorse, airlines, F1 McLarens..... Royal Ascot...etc. Nutrition.
Now I like to combine my love of good food and interest in nutrition and sustainable farming with my other passion: travel; exploring, sourcing and distributing outstanding artisanal organic food products that I seek out on my travels around the world.
My other passions are macro-economics, geopolitics and trading currencies, indices and commodities, which I currently devote much of my time and attention to.

On a purely superficial level, I'm particularly attracted to a man who's taller than I am; has a full head of hair, nice complexion and smile ....
Realistically, I'm looking for someone I can feel a special connection with, who's honest and kind, and can hold my attention and ignite my enthusiasm with intelligent, witty conversation.... Someone who has integrity; is mindful and authentic , comfortable in his own skin and compassionate towards others; who considers himself faithful and not afraid to commit to the right woman.
My ideal match would also be lighthearted and fun to be with; adventurous and spontaneous, but pragmatic and responsible when necessary; protective, but not possessive or overbearing, well educated and intellectual, but not lofty; he's respectful, loving and generous of spirit, and has a good sense of humor. He'll be active and health conscious; he cares about the environment.
Last but not least, the man I fall in love with will be of impeccable character and possess a high moral compass; he'll be someone I can look up to, admire and respect, who will encourage me to be my best self. He will be someone who knows how to love unconditionally, free of judgement, with whom I can share all my joys and fears......
