Despite my age still very fit & active. Would like a companion to share life experiences with. Have enjoyed a busy full life but slowing down now and prefer a quieter retirement (although not pipe & slippers). Considered kind, gentle, generous and a bit old fashioned - I try to maintain some manners & gentlemanly behaviour. Enjoy romance, holding hands and a physical relationship. Still jogging regularly (5k Park Runs most weeks & London Marathon recently - that aged me 5years!). Enjoy reading, life drawing, walking and camping, theatre, opera, classical music, nature, coast path, sea swimming, etc. Previously I was a keen gardener with an interest in self sufficiency.
