Before it's too late, would like to meet like-minded (the sane bit) man for fun, outings and more.
Although I do have a degree (Hons), I only managed to reach dizzy heights of medical secretary by retirement due to home commitments. I think you will find I'm pragmatic, warm, cheerful and non-judgmental. Additionally, as far as I remember, I used to be intelligent and sexy (what happened there then?).
Love my children, 3 grandchildren and my dogs. Like concerts, theatres, and eating out but these fripperies a bit curtailed at the moment due to having taken on a house which needs a fortune spent on it. Do like foreign travel but this is a rather distant memory as I don't like leaving the dogs very often.
Having had a turbulent, challenging life, mostly self-inflicted, I am not quite where I wanted to be economically (see above) but am philosophical with no hang-ups and indeed quite happy in myself - enjoying the challenge of improving my circumstances!

Someone who is witty, loves to laugh and is hoping for romance but is also independent. Need someone whose conversation might stimulate what's left of the old grey cells and would love someone who could make me melt by just looking at me (yes, need that bit reawakened as well!). Honesty and complete openness a necessity. Own hair and teeth would be good but non-negotiable must like dogs, be a non-smoker and not a teetotaller!
Would like to meet someone quite well-spoken (not too RP) but do like international and some regional accents. Educationally, it's a pity there's not a 'grammar school' option, rather than just 'secondary' because I would tick that instead.
