Well, its nearly November 2017, and maybe like others didn't think I'd be back here ..... but that's life and you have to smile and get on with it....... :-)
Im probably best described as old-fashioned romantic .... formative years in the 70's and 80's .... things certainly seemed simpler then .... and somehow there was more romance instead of the modern era of social media .... having said that, this is probably the modern equivalent of a glance across the dance floor .... its just a way of saying "hello" and then who knows what may happen...
I've always had an affinity to the 1940's .... was lucky enough to fly in formation with a Spitfire at Goodwood .... they used to open the car door for women then, and it was an era of gentlemen ..... but with a cheeky grin too :-).....
Talking and holding hands are two key ingredients ... mixed with spontaneity and laughter, and knowing when something is special .... surely it can't be that difficult to find .....
