Hi
I'm a tall, witty and intelligent strawberry-blonde who is adventurous, fun, honest and loyal. My life certainly isn't dull, but it's not so much fun without someone special to share it with.
I enjoy travel, particularly when I get to enjoy the history, landscape, cuisine and culture of where I am; near or far. I also enjoy pretty much anything to do with aviation, as well as walking, film, music, writing and photography.
Before you spend any treasured time reading any further though, I believe relationships should be open and honest from the very start and so I will mention now that I happen to be a post-op transgender female. It's a life I never asked for; it's just the cards I was dealt at birth and something I've had to learn to cope with....
By revealing this I know from experience that it almost extinguishes the chance that someone will even say hello, let alone want to meet, I could have not said anything but that's not me. I'm not in the practice of revealing my past, it is a long way behind me now, it's nobody else's business and I am happy with who I am, but I do believe it is only right that anyone who is looking for a relationship should know, just the once!
I have enjoyed a successful career, I have many wonderful friends and get on well with everyone I meet, but I'm missing that one special person in my life, and none of us are getting any younger. If I don't look it will never be, however, I'm not going to attempt first contact because I don't want to put anyone in a scenario that they may be uncomfortable with. Everyone has the right to present the opportunity to meet someone; as long as I'm honest then, like with any other person on this site, the rest it is up to destiny.
