About her
I am a single parent to a lively but beautiful little girl. I have a demanding, professional job (senior international lawyer) which I enjoy very much.
In my spare time, my big passion is music. I like singing in choirs (large and small), playing in orchestras and bashing around on the piano at home (preferably with a duet partner). My life is filled with music in one way or another, mostly listening these days. I also love to go and see live performances (orchestral, choral, chamber, opera...).
I enjoy good conversation, days out, travelling, and languages.
I am not much of a drinker. I find being sober much more fun, but do enjoy the occasional half pint or glass of wine. I can produce edible food, but cooking is not one of my hobbies. I am not bad at baking, though. If only it weren't so bad for you to eat cake!
I am reasonably fit. I like swimming, netball and any kind of sport for fun. Not into watching it on the TV but do like the buzz of going to a live event.
I am well educated, speak more than one language and like reading (never have time these days tho). I love travelling and have not done nearly enough of it. Among the many places I would like to go (again) is St Petersburg, the Far East, Australia, South Africa, anywhere in France or Italy and places like Leipzig, Vienna, Salzburg, Paris.
I am a straight forward person by which I mean the opposite of high maintenance. I am not clingy and not into constant text messaging!
I miss the companionship and intimacy of a relationship, but on the other hand I am enjoying the freedom that comes with singledom.

I don't really have any expectations of what a new realtionship would look like, save that I am not clingy and don't want a man who is, either.
