About him
I come from a creative family of artists, musicians and actors albeit mainly semipro and amateur these days. My careers were in Marketing Communications (advertising) and later a teacher of Business Studies and Economics but spent most of my time in the music and drama departments.
I like most genres of music (particularly jazz) and have been playing saxophone in various bands since the age of nineteen.
I currently play saxophone in a swing band and other bands/groups whenever I can. It keeps me fit and breathing!
I have my own workshop where I spend time making, mending and creating all sorts of things.
I am a member of the National Trust and English Heritage and love to go walking.
I have driven throughout much of Western Europe but there's still much more to see and experience particularly in the UK.
The last couple of years has rekindled my interest in seeing more of the British Isles and to learn more of the history and the various cultures.
But most of all I enjoy good conversation laughter and fun
Sharing, caring companionship would be a wonderful bonus to my current lifestyle.
