About him
I am never normally short of a word but somehow writing about myself here leaves me unnaturally tongue tied.
In a nutshell I would describe myself as confident, fun, easy going, with a positive approach to life, but also very caring. I am also a romantic at heart. And consider that I have a good sense of humour, always enjoy a laugh - whilst being serious when the occasion requires.
I live in the country but also enjoy the buzz of London and all that it has to offer. I go to London quite regularly and usually try to make time to visit an exhibition or art gallery. I enjoy many kinds of culture including music, concerts, art, history.
Interests are many and include walking, countryside (I love the light of different times of day and seasons, particularly moonlight and lovely sunsets), most sports (mostly as a spectator although I do play golf ), wine, pubs, relaxing over a glass of wine and just being with people. But equally, I enjoy my own company too. An interesting mix!
A particular interest is horse racing (this is not an option amongst sports so it is not listed as an interest).
Perhaps unusually for a man I consider clothes important (for a man as well as a girl) and even enjoy shopping in the right circumstances!
I am often described as a very social animal, I enjoy life in the fast lane and believe in making the most of li feliving life. Equally, I enjoy quiet times too.
About his ideal match
I suppose that she will reflect my own character and interests (we are asked to give an ideal!) but that need not necessarily be so.
She will be attractive (although that is to my eyes and it is a very subjective matter), fun loving, have a good sense of humour, strong personality (but not too strong!) and will be tactile and passionate (when the occasion so demands!).
If she enjoys similar interests to me that would be good but equally she may have interests of her own as well.
I am looking for friendship initially and someone with whom to do things and enjoy life.
I find it difficult to say more because it all boils down to the chemistry which really overrides anything else.
