Friendly, caring, loyal ,easygoing and sociable, I also have a serious side and can be philosophical about life................but also known to have a sense of humour,sometimes! Really enjoy conversation and debate, red wine and white wine too in the summer, culture,the arts, current affairs, history and much more besides.
Love the outdoors and walking in the countryside, but am equally comfortable staying in for a meal and watching a good film.Tend to keep myself reasonably fit.
Travel and visiting places of interest feature strongly, but it would be so much more fun doing it in the company of a loved one or good friend.I have travelled a bit(5 continents), and there is so much more to see and enjoy, both here and abroad.
Worked for many years in the retail and distribution sectors in Leeds, London and then Birmingham................have wound down now, but still put in four days a week working in the charity sector, which I enjoy, and therefore have no plans to retire. All the same, am usually up for days out and holidays!
