About her
Hi, I’m Maureen—though everyone calls me Mo.
I’m a petite, semi-retired professional with a curious mind and a warm heart. I enjoy good conversation about almost anything (except football!), but what matters most to me is how we connect. I value emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and someone who can both listen as well as share. I believe conversation should feel balanced, engaging, and easy.
I have a real love of life and I’m happiest when I’m out exploring, whether that’s out in nature, or heading off on an adventure in a new city. I also enjoy quieter pleasures: time at home, a great film, theatre, or a good laugh over comedy. Travel is something I’d love to do more of, especially with the right companion. I keep active with Pilates, yoga and walking, enjoy photography, and love music—singing and dancing whenever the moment feels right.
One of my proudest achievements was gaining my Private Pilot’s Licence some years ago. I don’t fly as often now, but I still take to the skies now and then, which keeps that sense of freedom alive.
I enjoy eating out and travelling, though I do have a fairly specific diet—so I tend to choose places that work for me. It’s never stopped me exploring though; I’ve recently had wonderful trips to California and New Zealand, and I’m always up for more adventures with a little thoughtful planning.
I’d describe myself as thoughtful and self-aware, having done the kind of inner work that brings perspective and appreciation for what really matters.

I’m looking for a man who is kind, wise, emotionally aware, and comfortable in himself. Someone who can share meaningful conversation, laugh easily, and enjoys both adventure and stillness. Warmth, intelligence, humour, emotional stability and a genuine interest in connection matter far more to me than ticking boxes.
