About him
A busy job keeps me in contact with some great people and work remains busy - but I don’t live to work.
Walking in the mountains or at the coast is always a pleasure and I get over to the Brecon Beacons as often as I can. I have a long list of places that I’d love to see for the first time and any number I’d like to revisit. Where first is the big question. Coming from Yorkshire originally and having Viking ancestry (well Norwegian and Swedish) makes Scandinavia a prime candidate. And I would so like to see the Northern Lights. And Chile. And Cuba.
I have wide tastes in music and any sort would be good now - high brow or low. it’s all about the quality, as well as making new discoveries. A favourite at the moment is The Greater Wings by Julie Byrne. If you give it a try I think you’ll like it!
Playing great music as a unit is just amazing and I plan to spend more time doing so this year.
I like to think I’m enthusiastic about life and all of the varied things it has to offer. But sharing it with someone special makes it even better.
About his ideal match
I don’t think that you can do this with a shopping list as there’s mysterious chemistry involved. She would however probably have a young outlook, be active and interested in the world, possibly have artistic tendencies - as well as a great smile. Oh, and a sense of humour!
