I am a light hearted, free thinking person who takes pleasure in giving. I have more recently learnt to receive graciously too. Not so easy.
I am creative by nature and enjoy spontaneity to careful planning though i am capable of being organised.
I give my all to projects I create and execute but have never held down a job.
As a trained practitioner of the Alexander Technique, for over twenty years I have been helping people find greater freedom of movement and easing of muscular pains. This is very satisfying to me.
I have two fabulous children who both have two fabulous children. I am very fortunate.
I am as energetic as many forty year olds and hope this continues for at least another decade.
I would love a special other to be on the journey with me.
