I am many different things (like most of us). I'm
affectionate, thoughtful, caring and a good listener. Young in spirit, curious and active - I like to laugh, am not afraid to cry, and know how to navigate challenges with honesty, self- awareness and kindness.
I have eclectic interests but creative arts, music and connecting with nature top the list. Daily walks with my dog keep me grounded and remind me of my place in the world, and I try to care for the earth in my everyday life choices. I love to be by the sea - for walks, just being and sometimes to have my breath taken away by a bracing swim! I approach life creatively and holistically, expect the unexpected and value small things that bring joy.
Favorite things include textile art and crafts, music (playing and listening), gardening, good (vegetarian) food and fresh coffee. I love being outdoors, cultural outings and am open to new adventures, as well as enjoying my familiar comfort zones. I'm healthy, active and enjoy walking, cycling (e-bike), 5 rhythms dance, yoga and swimming.
