In the words of the John Lennon song; ‘it’s just like starting over’, I was widowed last year and after 33 years of marriage, I’m now setting off on a new journey!
I really enjoy being outdoors. Living near the coast its great here for walks, cycling and running, all of which I really enjoy but I’m equally happy meeting friends for a coffee or a pint and occasionally I will sit down and watch something on tv or read a book with the cat on my lap!
I enjoy travelling and meeting new people, watching live sport and also live music. I work 3 days a week, which is the right balance for me at the moment, although I seem to fill my spare time very quickly!
Whilst I’m fairly independent and have been quite happy to do some of these things alone or with friends, it would be really nice to have a special someone to share them with.
