Friends describe me as easy to talk to, positive, upbeat, empathetic and having a zest for life.
I love exploring new places (and revisiting old favourites), singing in a local.group, meeting up with friends, getting out in the countryside, walking on beaches, trying out new recipes and reading.
Favourite places include Seville, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Devon, Bath and Italy - they all hold a special place in my heart.
My music tastes are broad and include everything from Supertramp to James Taylor and from Christopher Cross to Billy Joel. Favourite tracks include "Take The Long Way Home" (Supertramp) and "You've Got a Friend" (James Taylor.)
My attitude to life is to always make the best of it and to stay open-minded and open to possibilities. Life is too short and precious not to. 3 things I couldn't live without? My contact lenses, Chelsea Buns and Earl Grey tea.!
