The difficult bit. We all seem to like the same things, pubs, nights in / out, food, theatre and the rest. So yes, enjoy the obvious, but here is a bit more detail.
I Iove life, have a very positive outlook and always looking for that next adventure, even if it is just a walk across the fields. I have a good sense of humour and relaxed approach to life, I just love being in the outdoors.
Friends have described me as understanding, passionate, competitive, romantic (not sure who that was!!) enthusiastic, adventurous, honest, committed. It cost me, but they are a good bunch of people really!
My music tatses are across the spectrum and my listening is determined by mood or activity.
Kayaking has been a part of my life since an early teen, I still train most days and race regularly, both on flat and white water. I competed internationally when younger and still help the GB team with coaching and logistics. My love of kayaking gives keeps me fit, provides adventure, a great way to see the world, time to be out in nature or time just to switch off. I like to think of it as a time to think, or not
One of my other great passions is skiing, both alpine and ski touring. Other interest include hill walking, running, cycling and the odd triathlon.
Enjoy my travelling and have been to some wonderful places around the world. Holidays are generally driven by a lust for dicovery and new adventures, warm or cold.
I do try to sometimes sit still, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I live in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside and try to keep my lovely garden looking half decent.
I would love to meet a like minded lady to share lifes treasures. Someone who loves adventures both big and small, who's as happy in a tent as a nice hotel and just loves being outdoors, what ever the weather.
