Hi,
I'm a warm,tactile woman with a good sense of humour, bags of get up and go and a vitality for life.I have a gentle sense of mischief and a twinkle in my eye.
Although I have happily retired from work, I have certainly not retired from life and still fit and active with lots of interests.I'm curious and adventurous, enjoy learning new things,new experiences, meeting new people, listening to stories and experiencing different cultures. I love catching up with friends and family and the conviviality that comes from sharing food, wine and good times. Family and friends are very important to me. On a good day,they describe me as generous,thoughtful, independent, non-judgemental, fun and with a little wild streak at times. I can easily laugh at myself. I'm far from perfect, and that's OK.
My voluntary work at a local hospice brings me into touch with people from all walks of life. It's incredibly rewarding and makes me grateful for being able to live every day as best I can. I enjoy living in London and all it has to offer - galleries, theatres,music, restaurants, pubs, museums,architecture, and history. Not to mention the interesting sights and fascinating people ... I love its eccentricity and diversity. I also love being near the sea, in the countryside and travel whenever I can.
I'm at a time in life where I feel I have everything I need. Although I am happy being single I would like to find someone to share life with whilst having a lot of fun, good times, and adventures along the way, sometimes just doing nothing together.Learning from each other, supporting each other through life.
