About him
I think the most enjoyable way of spending time is having dinner in interesting and attractive company. Everybody is interesting at least for the length of a meal. And if it does not go any further, at least there was the pleasure of the meal.
I think I am a good listener and I value this quality in other people. It makes for a great conversation if both sides are interested in the other side's point of view. I particularly like reading novels written by women authors because of their interest in the mind and motivations of their characters. Many man are frightened of intelligent women, but I find intelligence a great attraction.
After separating amicably from my partner 15 years ago I lived and worked in London. I recently moved my main home to Wiltshire, but have to go back to London frequently for my consultancy work, and also because I enjoy what London has to offer. But it is a great delight to be able to live in Wiltshire rather than the smoke. Wiltshire is where I grew up and developed a love for cows! My favourite way of keeping fit is physical work like digging ponds, planting trees, building walls etc at my Wiltshire home. I also like visiting places of historical or cultural interest, preferably on weekdays without crowds of other people. People are most enjoyable in small numbers.
My veterinary career has been varied and reasonably successful. I now work free-lance and part time as a consultant for the export of animal genetics. It is important to me to have the stimulation of being a player in mainstream work, and I enjoy putting my years of experience to use. The freedom of working part time without a fixed schedule is a wonderfully liberating way of life. Several years ago I completed training as a hypnotherapist, and this now occupies some of my time. Another hobby and a chance to practise artistic skills is taxidermy, using roadkills and other natural deaths in the Wiltshire countryside.

A good listener with a genuine interest in other people. Probably had a career in which she has been fairly successful, and has felt fulfilled. If she has had children, has a good relationship with them but is not obsessed with them. Sense of humour with a good sense of fun, and an appreciation of irony. Sociable, but not an obsessive talker, and willing to pause for breath and let others have their say.

Attractive, which may have more to do with her personality shining through her expression rather than perfect features. However I do not have any fixed, pre-conceived ideas about physical appearance, background etc., because I am sure these things will fall into place if the communication is right.
