About her
Out of the 'dating' loop for 18 years being happily married to my late husband. Started testing the 'scary' waters via "Encounters" last year. My hiatus sub-standard living did get an upgrade despite the bewildering world of dating protocol which I was totally rusty with:-) Making a few mistakes along the way, I did manage to have some wonderful & endearing experiences which I'm really grateful for. Life does work itself in mysterious ways; I'm back here for some obvious reason which I don't know yet what it is!! :-))) Maybe getting the ultimate upgrade?:-))
I'm a 'strange but nice & lovely' mix; semi-sociable as I'm shy (weird but strangely true) & private and hence can be 'challenging' at times. Still could easily strike up a conversation; genuinely interested in what people have to say; amazing how one can just learn so much by listening:-) & appreciating. Need of quiet time for reflection, read & learn, be aware of what's up and about.Hate seeing myself slackening off. It's like me doing couch therapy all by myself :-).
The romance of life coupled with simplicity is what I'm looking for; hopefully helped along the way with having good company ( & perhaps a lasting one), 'magical' conversations, excellent dining and wining, which could just be simple takeaways or even a home-made burger; not forgetting to let go and enjoy life with loads of laughter. I have one too many interests I think like film entertainment, cooking, tennis, dancing, walking, home decor, pottery, music, theatre, concerts, reading,travelling and the list goes on an on!!! Even just chilling out at home, especially in front of the fireplace, and not doing anything can be heavenly!
Love being surrounded by positive people or people who could be obnoxious at times [forgiveable given the way we lead our lives so notoriously tempted by all things good and evil :-)], but are delightfully blessed and cemented with tons of positive karma and loads of humour though I could be bad at getting jokes at times...especially the naughty ones!!.

It's really so simple: like me for who I am and adore me to bits!!hahahaha! And then you will be so so loved that you cannot simply believe the luck you are getting :-). Just a simple, uncomplicated, honest, sincere and positively stimulating relationship with fun/laughter even self-deprecating to a touch; not forgetting to love, help, respect and support each other spiritually, mentally and emotionally without any expectations in return. You probably think I'm crazy by now!! hahahaha! A tall order that you are beginning to feel the pressure as you read on?:-)))) Or I'm just too idealistic and naive!! Perhaps. Perhaps not!! Or I could just be confused as always!! But I believe it is attainable if we help each other by keeping temptations at bay:-) Ha! Ha! Just joking. Challenging but definitely rewarding at the end of the day if the commitment in the relationship is signed, sealed and delivered (minus the lawyer's fee figuratively speaking of course! will deal with pre-nups later:-))) Jokes aside, I guess ultimately, I would like to have that real special someone whom I can grow old with; one that is willing to take the bumpy ride with me, take the highs and lows ....the ability to laugh at oneself and enjoy what life has to offer even tho' it may suck sometimes. So what? A few knocks doesn't hurt!:-) It only makes one appreciate life even more! This may sound clichéd but life indeed is too short, so make the best of it while you can!
