About him
I'm a happy, easy going person (that's what I say), reasonably intelligent and sophisticated and, so they say, attractive. I'm homely, traditional, gentlemanly and, my daughter says, rather old school. I'm modest and laugh at my own stupidity so am humble I believe. I'm well travelled which I enjoy, love the countryside and most animals. I'm not a townie but do like to be not too far from a large city. Probably too old to play tennis now but quite like outdoor pursuits. Have a good sense of humour and my music tastes are varied from classical to rock. I'm retired and am really hoping to meet, for the first time, my soul mate so that we can grow old together eating crumpets in front of a roaring log fire.

She could learn to tolerate my hobbies (involvement would be fantastic) but which don't include football, golf or sailing.
