I have quite a laid-back approach to life and take each day as it comes - I'm pretty spontaneous and don't worry very much about the future - since I was widowed suddenly 5 years ago I just try to focus on what is to come rather than looking back and feeling sad all the time - I've had enough of that it's time to move on.
