Straightforward, honest, caring, active, healthy cheerful optimist with an irreverent sense of humour who loves the outdoors and has a pretty good life...just that missing ingredient which could be you - someone to explore new horizons, who likes good food, walks in the country or by the coast, tennis, music, theatre, travel, jigsaws, bonfires and perhaps with whom to enjoy watching - or even playing/participating in - some sport (sailing, riding and I have dabbled with golf and could possibly be persuaded by the right person to try to see it as something other than a good walk ruined...). ... all of which are so much more fun if there is a special someone to do them with.
My family is very important as I would hope yours is to you. I have two mad spaniels and dogs have always been an important part of my life.
Whilst looks are important, it's the voice, good manners and what's inside the head that are much more telling so I look forward to hearing from you.

Absolutely NO emotional game players please! But someone who is 100% honest, generous of spirit, chivalrous, affectionate and someone with whom to enjoy all the things that are there to be grabbed - lots of shared new experiences (we may be knocking on rather but where the spirit is willing, anything is possible) as well as quiet evenings together chewing the cud - and indeed cuddling.... A gentleman who holds to old fashioned values yet is new man enough to show his emotions. I could go on but actually there are so many recipes to successful relationships that I can't possibly stipulate who you are or what you do nor which particular mix of personality will work for us.....
